В статье освещаются психолого-педагогические аспекты изучения проблемы противоправного, агрессивного поведения молодых людей. Объектом исследования выступают формы и причины подростково-юношеской девиации отрицательной направленности. Цель исследования – провести сравнительный анализ психологических и социальных компонентов, влияющих на данные процессы. Отмечается, что при работе с каждым индивидуумом существует необходимость в учете всего комплекса психологических характеристик, как заложенных в нем биологически, так и сформированных под воздействием окружающей социальной среды. В процессе исследования использовались материалы, полученные с помощью методов теоретического анализа специализированной литературы по обозначенной проблеме, публикаций в средствах массовой информации, криминологического обзора, социологического опроса по методу Басса – Дарки с элементами психодиагностической методики. Проведенное теоретическое исследование позволило установить, что различия и особенности девиантного поведения отри- цательной направленности в молодежной среде часто объясняются психическими отклонениями личности. Однако в подавляющем числе случаев даже выявленные склонности к противоправному поведению, проявлению агрессии не исключают возможностей психолого-педагогического воздействия, нивелирующего криминогенные задатки. Полагаем, выдвинутая гипотеза о необходимости и эффективности новых наработок в этой области подтверждается на практике. Актуальность избранной темы обусловлена тем, что многие аспекты решения поставленных проблем изменчивы в пространстве и времени, требуют регулярного обновления. Результаты исследования могут внести вклад в научное понимание связи между особенностями формирования отрицательных норм поведения и возможностями позитивного социального воздействия на их носителей.
The article highlights the psychological and pedagogical aspects of studying the problem of illegal, aggressive behavior of young people. The object of the study is the forms and causes of adolescent and adolescent deviation of a negative orientation. The purpose of the study is to conduct a comparative analysis of the psychological and social components influencing these processes. It is noted that when working with each individual, there is a need to take into account the entire complex of psychological characteristics inherent in it, both biologically and formed under the influence of the surrounding social environment. In the course of the research, materials obtained using the methods of theoretical analysis of specialized literature on the designated problem, publications in the media, a criminological review, and a sociological survey using the Bass-Darkey method with elements of psychodiagnostic methodology were used. The conducted theoretical research has made it possible to establish that the existing differences and features of deviant behavior of a negative orientation among young people are often explained by mental personality disorders. However, in the vast majority of cases, even the identified propensities to illegal behavior and aggression do not exclude the possibility of psychological and pedagogical influence, leveling criminogenic inclinations. We believe that the hypothesis put forward about the need and effectiveness of new developments in this area is confirmed in practice. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the fact that many aspects of solving the problems posed are variable in space and time and require regular updates. The results of the study can contribute to the scientific understanding of the relationship between the peculiarities of the formation of negative norms of behavior and the possibilities of positive social impact on their bearers.
