Abstract (English):
Describes a method that allows preventive to get a assessment of the convicted person consisting on the preventive account on which they will focus in the planning and implementation of preventive measures.The proposed method of assessment is based on the typology of the personality of a convict under preventive supervision. The following types of persons under preventive supervision have been defined: persons positively responding to the preventive measures, persons reluctantly responding to the preventive measures, those not responding to preventive measures at all, those avoiding preventive measures.The method involves the assessment in points of effectiveness of the preventive measures taken as well as the level of readiness of the convict to give up unlawful behavior. The total number of points allows assigning the prisoner to a certain type of persons under preventive supervision.When planning preventive measures regarding a convict assigned to one of the types proposed by the method the subject of prevention defines their minimum (maximum) number (depending on the level of the convict’s readiness to give up unlawful behavior) and chooses the optimal measures.
