Abstract (English):
Determinants of arms trafficking in Russia, corruption factors are analyzed, negligent attitude of persons to whose duties implementation of protection of weapon, simplification of the procedure of obtaining the license for the right of acquisition and storage, simplification of the procedure of licensing and control of the non-state organizations which have the right to make certain actions with these or those types of weapon, increase in quantity of the facts of smuggling belongs is noted. Statistical data on arms trafficking are provided. Influence of arms trafficking on commission of others, in most cases violent, crimes is specified. The main ways of elimination of determinants of arms trafficking, including strengthening of control of legal turnover are defined.
