Отдельное место в научной жизни Академии ФСИН России за- нимает научная школа «Организация и административно-правовые основы государственного управления в уголовно-исполнительной системе» – устойчивое сообщество ученых в области административного права и науки управления. В статье рассматривается содержание деятельности научной школы, анализируется ее развитие на разных этапах функционирования. Продемонстрированы положительные результаты ее деятельности. Обозначен поиск решений регулирования отношений, требующих публично-правовой упорядоченности.
A special place in the scientific life of the Academy of the FPS of Russia is occupied by the scientific school “Organization and administrative and legal foundations of public administration in the penal enforcement system” – a stable community of scientists in the field of administrative law and management science. The article examines the content of the scientific school's activities. Its development at different stages of functioning is analyzed. The positive results of its activities have been demonstrated. The search for solutions to regulate relations requiring public-legal order is indicated.
