Статья посвящена рассмотрению проблемы принципов уголовного права и их согласованности с другими отраслями права, которая стала особенно заметной в связи с реализацией бланкетных диспозиций, которые определяют содержание отдельных преступлений, например, в сфере экономической деятельности.

The article is devoted to the problem of the principles of criminal law and their consistency with other branches of law. This has become a particularly noticeable problem in connection with the implementation of blank dispositions that determine the content of individual crimes, for example, in the field of economic activity.
