В статье рассмотрены особенности трудовой деятельности сотрудников правоохранительных органов в Азербайджанской Республике с точки зрения ее правового регулирования. На основе анализа действующих нормативных правовых актов и практики их применения предлагается внести ряд изменений в законодательство. Особое внимание уделено развитию профсоюзной деятельности в системе правоохранительных органов. Представлены меры по совершенствованию порядка применения мер поощрения и взыскания к сотрудникам органов внутренних дел.
The article examines the peculiarities of the labor activity of law enforcement officers in the Republic of Azerbaijan from the point of view of its legal regulation. Based on the analysis of the current regulatory legal acts and the practice of their application, the author proposes a number of amendments to the legislation. Special attention is paid to the development of trade union activity in the system of law enforcement agencies. Measures to improve the procedure for applying incentives and penalties to employees of internal affairs bodies are presented.
