In the dissertation Council D 212.123.01, created on the basis of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MGUA), on June 16, 2022, the dissertation of A. N. Gordopolov, a teacher of the Department of Regime and Supervision of the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, was defended on the topic "A malicious violator of the regime of serving a sentence of imprisonment and his responsibility in the penal enforcement legislation", submitted for the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences in the specialty 12.00.08 "Criminal Law and Criminology"; Penal enforcement law" (scientific supervisor – Professor of the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Yu. A. Golovastova). By Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 1439-nk dated November 2, 2022, the results of the defense of A. N. Gordopolov's dissertation were approved. In addition, on the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, a draft law on proposed amendments and additions to the Penal Enforcement Code of the Russian Federation is posted for public discussion, which reflects some provisions of the dissertation, in particular the grounds and procedure for removing (repayment) from the convicted "title" of a malicious violator of the regime. In connection with the actualization of this problem, the review of the official opponent for the dissertation is proposed A. N. Gordopolova, which analyzes the structure and content of the work, as well as expresses certain aspects of the official opponent's opinion on the problem of a malicious violator of the regime.
