Основной целью уголовно-исполнительного законодательства является исправление осужденных. Коррекция поведения осужденных ориентирована на выработку у них правопослушного отношения не только к окружению, людям, общепризнанным нормам, традициям и правилам общежития, но и к трудовой деятельности. Сотрудники исправительного учреждения реализуют и осуществляют работу в данном направлении через процесс воспитательного воздействия на осужденных. В статье рассматривается вопрос оценки готовности осужденных к освобождению и ее компоненты: когнитивный, аффективный, деятельностный. Приведены результаты исследования по оценке готовности осужденных к освобождению.
The main purpose of the penal enforcement legislation is the correction of convicts. Correction of the behavior of convicts is focused on the development of their law-abiding attitude not only to the environment, people, generally recognized norms, traditions and rules of the hostel, but also to work. Correctional institution employees implement and carry out work in this direction through the process of educational influence on convicts. The article deals with the issue of assessing the readiness of convicts for release and its components: cognitive, affective, activity. The results of the conducted research on the assessment of the readiness of convicts for release are presented.
