В статье представлены результаты пилотажного исследования особенностей профессиональной ответственности курсантов образовательных организаций Федеральной службы исполнения наказаний, а также показано наличие влияния профессиональной ответственности на формирование репутации курсантов. Исследование было проведено на базе Академии ФСИН России, в выборку вошли 77 курсантов 4–5-х курсов. Актуальность проведенного исследования основывается на том, что в отличие от обучающихся в гражданских вузах курсанты уже с момента зачисления в образовательную организацию Федеральной службы исполнения наказаний назначаются на должность рядового внутренней службы, то есть становятся действующими сотрудниками уголовно-исполнительной системы. В процессе обучения в вузе они проходят первые этапы профессионального становления. Проведенный корреляционный анализ позволил выделить особенности профессиональной ответственности курсантов образовательных организаций Федеральной службы исполнения наказаний и на их основе обосновать типологию курсантов по уровню сформированности репутации и профессиональной ответственности.
The article presents the results of a pilot study of the features of professional responsibility of cadets of educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, and also shows the influence of professional responsibility on the formation of the reputation of cadets. The study was conducted on the basis of the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, the sample included 77 cadets of 4-5 courses. The relevance of the study is based on the fact that, unlike students in civilian universities, cadets are appointed to the position of an ordinary internal service officer from the moment of enrollment in the educational organization of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, that is, they become active employees of the penal system. In the process of studying at the university, they go through the first stages of professional formation. The correlation analysis made it possible to identify the features of professional responsibility of cadets of educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia and, based on them, to substantiate the typology of cadets according to the level of reputation and professional responsibility.
