В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с функционированием научной школы «Обеспечение безопасности деятельности учреждений и органов уголовно-исполнительной системы». Раскрываются исторический аспект ее становления, основные направления исследований научной школы, характеризуются основатели школы и последователи их научных взглядов, обозначается роль научной школы с точки зрения прикладного развития уголовно-исполнительной системы, акцентируется внимание на использовании полученных результатов в науке и практике.
The article deals with issues related to the functioning of the scientific school “Ensuring the safety of the activities of institutions and bodies of the penal enforcement system”. The historical aspect of its formation, its main directions are revealed, the founders of the school and the followers of their scientific views are characterized, the role of the scientific school in the context of the applied development of the penal system is outlined, attention is focused on the use of the results obtained in science and practice.
