Abstract:
The article discusses the main issues of consumption, payment of fuel and energy resources by institutions and bodies of the penal enforcement system and the specifics of their verification. Close attention is always paid to assessing the effectiveness of spending federal budget funds related to the payment of energy resources from the control authorities. The regulatory and legislative acts used in the implementation of control actions regarding the acquisition, consumption and payment of fuel and energy resources are presented. The proposed verification algorithm will allow the subjects of control to more professionally, fully, objectively and comprehensively carry out control actions regarding the receipt, consumption and payment of fuel and energy resources, to assess the effectiveness of the use of budgetary funds for these purposes.
