Abstract (English):
The article contains a brief description of one area of the study of materials related to the development and implementation of uniforms for personnel involved in the implementation of custodial penalties. Preparation for large paintings to the Museum demanded surveys of little-studied archival materials. The end of the Civil war and the transition to the new economic policy has intensified these processes, but the lack of experience in the design of official suit for law enforcement agencies led to the fact that significant changes had produced almost annually. Currently in the scientific literature of reliable information on this issue is clearly insufficient.
