The phenomenon of corruption is considered in the light of its historical determinations. The usefulness of historical analysis of the ontological fact of certain forms of crime and methods of dealing with them is obvious. Corruption as a criminal phenomenon is rooted in historical periods before our era, but to this day no action, even the most repressive character failed to defeat her. Taken history offers a look at this criminal phenomenon from the point of view of expediency of his relief at the present stage.
