Show us the analysis of scientific works of national and foreign scientists on the problems of corruption. The author describes three conceptual theoretical approaches to the perception of corruption and the possibility of constructing a system of government based on each of them. We consider some aspects of legal regulation of combating corruption in the international arena, in Russia and the Concord of Independent States.
