Abstract (English):
A special category of persons inclined to commiting crimes in the sphere of drug trafficking is represented by persons who are under administrative supervision. Owing to the criminal experience and peculiarities of the criminal subculture existing in places of detention part of which most of them remain even after release the persons which are under administrative supervision are inclined to commiting of even more serious crimes connected with drug trafficking that inevitably leads to the growth of recurrent crime.One of the major factors of involvement or continuation of criminal activity of persons under surveillance in the sphere of drug trafficking is ease and speed of earnings which are offered by criminal business.Only timely and constant exchange of information - about the crimes planned by persons under surveillance in the sphere of drug trafficking, about their participation in criminal communities, - between the subjects exercising administrative supervision of persons released from places of detention can bring the work on suppression of illegal activity, including organized crime, which is carried out by law-enforcement bodies to a new level. The essence of administrative supervision consists not only in control by law-enforcement bodies of execution of the restrictions by the persons released from places of detention established by the court but also in complex work with this category of persons taking into account a number of factors influencing commission of repeated crimes including illicit trafficking in drugs and psychotropic substances.
