Abstract (English):
On December 16, 2022, the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of the Faculty of Law of the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia jointly with the Department of Management of Crime Investigation Bodies of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, as well as the Department of Criminal Procedure and the Department of Criminalistics of the Moscow Academy of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation held the VIII All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics: Theory, Practice, Didactics”. A feature of the scientific event was a wide list of discussed issues due to theoretical and applied intersectoral problems arising in the implementation of criminal procedural competencies of officials of various law enforcement agencies.
