Regional experience of the veteran organization in the field of educational work with the staff of the correctional institution

Abstract (English):
Based on the analysis of the activities of the veteran organization of the correctional institution, a model of educational work with young employees is formulated, its application can contribute to improving the activities of educational services of the penal system. The article identifies the most urgent problems of educational work with young employees in modern conditions, analyzes the work of the veteran organization of Correctional Colony No. 3 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan on patriotic and moral education.
