The article presents a conceptual scheme for the production of glued wooden structures at logging and woodworking enterprises of the penal enforcement system, geographically located in different regions of Russia. Based on ISO 9000 standards and rational principles of production organization, the production process of glued wooden structures has been developed. The analysis of the advantages of business interaction with the production sector of the penal system, which showed the possibility of creating effective management of economic activity in this sector of the economy in terms of increasing its economic security.
