THE METHOD OF PROBABILISTIC ASSESSMENT OF ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION (ISSUES OF ENERGY SECURITY AND LEGAL SUPPORT)
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article deals with the problem of determining the actual energy consumption of outdoor lighting in municipalities, which arises as a result of the shortcomings of the existing energy management system and leads to contradictions between electricity suppliers and the municipality. The lack of metering devices and a wide variety of types of lighting lamps leads to the fact that the standard calculation methods used by the supplier unreasonably overestimate the cost of real consumption, thus limiting the budgetary possibilities of cities. It is proposed to solve this problem through the use of rank-parametric tools, which are successfully used for evaluation and forecasting in industry.
