MEANINGFUL LIFE STRATEGIES OF EMPLOYEES OF THE PENAL SYSTE

Abstract (English):
The article examines the definitions and directions of meaningful life strategies of employees of the penal system and their importance for professional activity. The analysis of literary sources dealing with the issues of determining the meaning of a person's life strategies has allowed us to expand the understanding of the development and formation of the characteristics of life orientations in the process of professional activity. The results of the study showed that the leading life-meaning strategies of employees of the penal system are the desire for self–realization through the professional and personal sphere of life, the individual orientation of the personality is the desire for personal superiority and prestige.
