STRATEGIES FOR THE ADAPTATION OF PERSONNEL OF THE PENAL SYSTEM UNITS IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Abstract (English):
The article examines the specific role of prison system workers in the context of their perception of the processes of digitalization of public administration. It is shown that research on the processes of digital transformation of public administration institutions is mainly focused on organizational aspects with less attention to the impact on the daily work of employees of the penitentiary system. Based on the user adaptation model, it is proposed to formalize employee strategies, taking into account the role of discretion in the coping process. The basic principles of the formation of projects for the deployment of digital transformation systems for units of the penal correction system are proposed.
