RESOURCE SUPPORT FOR THE PROCESS OF OPTIMIZING PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE PENAL SYSTEM

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to one of the urgent problems of professional training of employees of the penal system – the search for resource opportunities to improve the quality of the learning process in departmental educational organizations. It is the resources and their qualitative characteristics that largely determine the learning outcome. The resources of the educational system are everything that is directly involved in the educational process. We have identified the following resource opportunities that have an impact on the training of highly qualified employees of the penal correction system: pedagogical technologies, human resources, information, educational and material resources. The purpose of the study is to characterize the resource provision of the process of optimizing the professional training of employees of the penitentiary system.
