Abstract (English):
The article presents theoretical approaches to the appointment and application of personnel marketing technology as an effective set of tools for the formation of an organization's workforce; analyzes problematic aspects and priority areas of staffing institutions and bodies of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the medium term; formulated proposals for the content of a model of personnel marketing technology in the penal system. In the author's opinion, the implementation of personnel marketing technology in institutions and bodies of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia will help to reduce the shortage, stabilize the personnel situation, and form a stable, highly professional staff of the penal system.
