Abstract (English):
The article deals with the transformation of international migration processes and the problems of their confrontation in the Republic of Armenia. On the basis of the research the following conclusions were made:in the modern world in connection with the development of innovative technologies the fluidity of human and material capital has appeared, as a result in the future those states that will create the institutions necessary to attract human and material capital to their country will be considered prosperous;the development of artificial intelligence is a reality that will lead to the increase of unemployment level and demand for a more educated workforce, and therefore, to prosperous future for those states in which high-quality continuing education (non-formal education) necessarily complements competitive formal education;the competitiveness of the states associated with the uncontrolled growth of new technologies will be directly compared with the speed and quality of these states’ transformation of their legal, political, economic, social and other systems as a result of the use of modern innovative technologies;
