Abstract (English):
Questions of specifics of identification and exposure of the nakrokuryer transporting drugs from neighboring countries by rail are considered. Drug trafficking - one of profitable «branches» of criminal activity. More than a half of all drugs withdrawn in Russia have foreign origin. The most expensive and strong drugs, such as heroin, opium, synthetic narcomedicines which are promptly filling the narcomarket almost completely arrive through smuggling channels.Considering a modern criminogenic situation in Russia, further activization of work of all law enforcement agencies on identification and disclosure of crimes of this orientation is necessary. Special attention should be paid on documenting, prevention and suppression of the criminal acts connected with drug trafficking.
