Questions of contamination of the speech foreign-language words, their inappropriate use are discussed in scientific literature for many decades and haven’t lost the relevance now.For the purpose of determination of level of proficiency in foreign-language lexicon, relevance of her use in the speech of cadets testing which results some typical mistakes in the use of foreign language words allow to consider has been held. They, in particular, are connected with inexact word usage (rotation, castling, legitimate, consulting), the unjustified use of synonyms (to edit - to prufridit, cash - a cache), speech redundancy (to put investments, small nuance).Special attention is paid to the legal lexicon including foreign terminology that creates certain difficulties for understanding of legal norms. Future developers of regulations should avoid the use of foreign words if in language there are synonyms. This requirement contains also in the Federal law of June 1, 2005 No. 53-FZ «About a state language of the Russian Federation».Training of cadets in the expedient use of foreign-language lexicon assumes understanding that language is capable to impose a mirovideniye, to create language interpretation of the world. Unreasonable use of loan words leads to change of a mentality that, in turn, changes moral values and a way of life.Conclusion about need of formation of language taste, education of respect for the native speech, improvement of speech skill of future experts of penal correction system in the course of professional education is made.
