Social security of convicts to forced labor

Abstract (English):
The article deals with the issues of social protection of convicts to forced labor The execution of punishments in the form of forced labor is fundamentally different from other types of punishment in that in this process the labor activity of the convict is mandatory and is carried out on a paid basis. Those sentenced to forced labor are provided with full social protection – seniority, pension and social insurance, preferential retirement. The receipt of such social benefits directly depends on the correctness of the submission of the relevant reporting by the employer organization, when compiling which it is necessary to take into account the specifics of working with a special agent. A properly structured system of execution of forced labor is able to provide convicts with social protection in the present, and will also be an element of probation after their release.
