Abstract (English):
The article reveals the relevance of the problem associated with the development of social psychology of education. The essence of the socio-psychological approach to understanding the social psychology of education and science is considered. The results of the reforms are analyzed, as well as the difficulties that occur during the reconstruction of the history of formation, definition of the concept, subject, structure, functions of the social psychology of education and science. The author sees the most important task in creating a full-fledged theory of social psychology of education and science, without this it is impossible to talk about improving the effectiveness of education.
